Dr Chris Puo Nen Lim

Hello! I’m Dr Chris Lim, a UK-trained consultant dermatologist with a specialist focus on skin of colour, Mohs micrographic surgery, and aesthetic dermatology.

I completed my dermatology training in Glasgow, Scotland, and am currently undertaking a Mohs surgical fellowship in Newcastle, alongside an MSc in Skin Ageing & Aesthetic Medicine at the University of Manchester. My work blends clinical precision with a modern, holistic approach to skin health.

Alongside clinical practice, I create clear, evidence-based digital content that educates, challenges skincare myths, and cuts through misinformation. A key focus of my work is improving skin health awareness and representation for darker skin types and men — groups that remain under-represented in dermatology.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring different cuisines, travelling, and dancing — both as a form of expression and a way to stay active and grounded.
